One of the most powerful features of Attention! NS is the ability to track message status—from transmission via any supported notification technology, to receipt by the user. This capability, referred to as Acknowledgement Tracking, provides assurance that individuals receive critical communications in a timely manner.

Attention! NS provides users with four ways to respond to any notification:

   Send an acknowledgement email to Attention! NS

   Log into the Attention! NS web interface

   Call into the Attention! NS Telephone Response Interface

   Automatically, if using a device with inherent acknowledgement capabilities, such as 2-way pagers

The Attention! AM SMS Agent provides a fifth method for Attention! NS users to acknowledge receipt of notification. By sending a cell phone text message in the required format, users confirm the message was received, and add optional response text in the Attention! NS acknowledgement record.
