It doesn't matter if you were notified with a page, cell phone text message, phone call, email...or any of the other technologies supported by Attention! NS. Every user, if granted authorization, can acknowledge receipt of important messages by logging into the Attention! NS Web Interface.

Once you are logged in, you are provided with a report of all outstanding notifications. Just select the message(s) of your choice, click, and acknowledge. It's just that easy. And if you choose to, you can enter a comment string that will be visible when running Message Tracking reports.
