Attention! RT is designed to minimize the potential for accidental or intentional misuse of the system. However, as with any web-based software application, care must be taken to periodically monitor its use and correct operation.

Every action taken by an Attention! RT administrator is logged to a central auditing facility. Should the system experience unexpected message transmissions as the result of administrator error or intentional abuse, the Attention! RT audit log will pinpoint the administrator account activity with a detailed, time-stamped record.
