In addition to its use as an Emergency Notification system, Attention! RT can provide a central access point for information concerning all academic functions.

In this scenario, every class offered by the university in the current semester is represented as a Subject in the Attention! RT Subject Hierarchy. Students create accounts for themselves on Attention! RT to not only receive time-critical notifications, but to also enable real-time communication of class schedule changes, updated homework assignments or weather cancellations.

When used in this scenario, Attention! RT administrator accounts are created for every professor and school administrator, allowing them to disseminate information relevant to their course offerings using the communication methods of the students' choice.
