View Acknowledgment Tracking Reports

Attention! NS provides a comprehensive Acknowledgment Tracking capability to make certain all important notifications are received by the intended user. From time to time, it may be desirable to verify all important messages sent out of Attention! NS have been responded to in a timely manner.

The Attention Software Blackberry Interface provides authorized users with the ability to request real-time reports on all unacknowledged notifications. In this example, the user has the option to receive a list of outstanding notifications for the past hour, day and week.

A short time after requesting the desired report—by clicking the appropriate button—the user will receive a concise list of unacknowledged notifications, and their associated Attention! NS EventIDs.
