Attention Software solutions for eHealth
Attention! NS augments the system, network and application monitoring capabilities of eHealth with real-time notification via pagers, telephones, email and custom techniques. When used together, the eHealth/Attention! NS solution frees enterprise managers from the mundane task of checking a visual display, waiting for alarms to occur. Attention! NS provides the fault-tolerant capabilities necessary to ensure the appropriate personnel are notified immediately of serious conditions detected by eHealth.
Attention! NS provides notification when eHealth alarms are detected, and also when eHealth alarms are cleared. In addition, Attention! NS provides eHealth users running version 5.6.5 or above with the ability to implement alarm aging. This feature suppresses notification of eHealth alarms that are set, then cleared within a short period of time. When alarm aging is enabled, IT personnel are not bothered with the periodic occurrence of superfluous alarms.
Integrating the fault-tolerant alerting capabilities of Attention! NS with eHealth takes a matter of minutes, and is documented in the eHealth Integration Guide for 5.0 and 5.6, and the eHealth Integration Guide for 5.6.5 and above. Both integration guides are located in the Attention! NS Downloads section of this web site.
For a quick, multimedia overview of the Attention! NS/eHealth integration, please view the Concord Flash Presentation, also located in the Attention! NS Downloads section of this web site.
